1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gazole Civil Service Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. User Obligations

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our courses. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-Day Refund Policy: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your batch purchase if you are not satisfied with the content.
• No refunds will be processed after 7 days of the purchase date.
• To request a refund, please email support@examace.com with your order details.
• Cancellations of subscriptions (if applicable) can be done through your account settings, but refunds for already billed periods are subject to the 7-day rule.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gazole Civil Service Academy and its licensors. Our course materials, videos, and mock tests are protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
